Welcome Golden Eagle Pathfinders

Parents, Pathfinders, and Supporters;

Welcome to the Golden Eagle Pathfinder Club.  We are pleased that you have chosen us to share your life with over the next year. Yes, that is right, the next year. While most clubs opt to shut down the week school lets out, we do not. We strongly believe that the summer months are when kids need the club the most. We plan to capitalize on the good weather and extra free time summer is so full of. We started this year long program in the 2012-2013 year. We are pleased to report that God has used the extra 3 months to bless our club with numerous life changing memories that we all will cherish the rest of our lives.

This year promises to be another great year for our club.  Please view and or link to our Google calendar to get an overall feel for the activities planned this year.  Please note that even the best made plans can be subject to change.

You have joined a youth club that is Christ centered and fun oriented. We strive to adhere to God’s Ten Commandments in all of our plans and activities.  We will do our best to help you get to know Jesus. Our staff of adults and Teen Leaders in Training (TLT) are truly committed to your spiritual, social, mental, and physical well-being.  Your physical and spiritual welfare is our number one priority. We desire to help you get to know the Lord through both study, hobbies and outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, backpacking, swimming, snowshoeing, bicycling, white water rafting, community outreach and various other life enhancing activities

With over 220 honors and 6 age appropriate Investiture Achievements, we will find new and exciting ways to enhance your journey that we call life. While we are not strict, we are firm in making sure you qualify for all awards or achievement certificates offered. As you pass from unit to unit in our organization, your efforts will have meaning and your achievements value.

You will enjoy our Drill and Marching exercises.  You will be taught how to be a part of a team and how teamwork benefits the overall discipline of our club.  The Golden Eagle Club has developed a reputation as “The Club to Challenge” at our Pathfinder Fair each year.  We pride ourselves in being one of the best drill clubs in the Idaho Conference.

Our club has a history of forming a Bible Achievement Team that works together to study and memorize parts of the Bible. In the past few years our teams have successfully competed in regional, conference, union and division level tournaments. We look forward to seeing if you have what it takes to be on that team too. Hint: It’s all about effort and determination.
